Happy Easter

I bought this new Easter outfit for Anthony last weekend when I went shopping with Rachael so she could buy shoes for her kids at Stride Rite. I found a cute pair of shoes for Anthony too, even though I wasn't looking for any, and then I had to buy an outfit to go with them, new matching argyle socks and all. Last night I threw the outfit in the wash so it would be ready for him to wear today and when I was sorting through the dryer for the clothes and I couldn't one of the socks. I wasn't planning on folding laundry then, so I kept tossing the clothes around in the dryer looking for that sock. I ended up pulling everything out one by one and still no sock. I was so annoyed. I used to joke that dryers ate socks, but I was beginning to think it really did. So I finally took all the clothes out and folded them. Still no sock. Then I took each piece of clothing, unfolded it, shook it out, and folded it again. Still no sock. Then I picked up the crib sheet and it was tucked in the corner of the sheet. So I guess the dryer didn't eat the sock and I got the laudry folded.

The outfit is adorable. I'm with you in believing the dryer eats socks. I wish I could have been there for the Easter celebration. Did Anthony get an Easter basket?

Anthony looks very fetching in his Easter argyle! If I ever have a little boy I'm totally dressing him in sweater vests for every special occasion!

He does look pretty cute. When did you get all those pictures. They're in my house, but I never saw you take any of them!

Oh, and the sock fun is JUST starting. Wait til you have more kids and more socks to wash and match. You'll end up with a big basket of mismatches on top of dryer like I have! Remember the famous sock drawer on Kent Drive? The one we used to sneak socks from to make our Barbie tube dresses?

Anthony looks so cute and boy, has he grown. The outfit makes his look older too.

Oh, how I remember how baby socks would disappear. My suggestion is to use on of the white mesh lingerie bags.

I'm sure you all had a wonderful holiday at Rachel's.

Really looking forward to meeting your mother tomorrow.

I'm so glad I got to see him, he is such a handsom boy. It looks like I don't know how to hold a baby, I really can, but for some reason, Anthony is awkward to hold. He likes to be very straight. Nice to see you guys today, we made it home safely.

Anthony looks so handsome. Love his little outfit.
That is so funny that you mentioned the missing sock. I had that same dilemma...more than once. MIA sock.
Finally!! Yea, I found a mesh bag with a zipper at K-mart that is meant for this exact problem. Now, its so nice, I just put all Hannahs socks in there and no more problem.

P.S.
The mesh bags that tied didn't work. Only the one with the zipper has worked for me.

I just keep buying more socks. I got tired of looking and looking. the dryer (or washer) definitely eats socks.
