finally...

When we bought our first flat screen TV 2 1/2 years ago they wanted to charge us $200 or something like that to install it for us on the wall and hide the wires. Todd insisted that he could do that himself. But for 2 1/2 years he has not gotten around to doing it, despite my occasional nagging about it.
Well today was the day, for some reason, he decided to fix it. It didn't even take him that long to do. Had I known he could actually do it, I would have nagged a lot more frequently.
Before picture: After picture:
So much better, don't you think? Although now the wall looks a little bare, I think I'll have to fix that.
Anyone else ever had to wait that long to get a job done?
PS I have a whole week off work (not by choice, there just aren't any shifts to pick up) so I plan to do some blogging this week. I have taken a ton of cute pictures recently of Anthony I want to share too.

Adam has been asking me to sew his buttons back on his coat for weeks. I finally bought needle and thread, but he has lost most of his buttons, now I need to go buy more buttons, I doubt I will ever get around to sewing them on. Your TV looks much better!

I would sew them for Adam if you were nearby.

The wall looks fine as is as you have the the nice photos on the cabinet underneath it. Very nice cabinet - love it. You have a lovely home.

I'd leave the wall as is as it looks fine.

I'm about a four years in on a new front hall floor - the old floor is still there (thankfully) but I've had the tile for almost five years!

Your tv looks great now, glad it finally got done.

I have a LONG list of things not quite finished! We actually just got a flat screen for our bedroom and are planning on mounting it to the wall. I bet ours has wires hanging down for a few years!!

I'll have to show this to Rick. I have a few things on my list of things to fix, install, replace...Maybe he will get motivated too! (Looks good!)

Oh, goodness...they are all adorable, of course! I especially like A and F (those two little bottom teeth showing...precious!).
I have a question for you on my blog...I wanna know what's on your playlist! :)
